Refund policy

Returns / Exchanges

Our policy allows for a 30-day return window from the date of receiving your item. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at nmbuilds1@gmail.com. If your request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return was authorized, please contact us at nmbuilds1@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask you to carefully examine your order upon receipt. In the event of any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately so we can address the situation promptly and appropriately.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, are not eligible for return. Should you have any queries or concerns regarding specific items, please don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned earlier and be accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
